JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Team: Biopharma Intelligence
Position Type: Full-Time

BioCentury provides independent deep-dive analysis, high-quality data, and high-impact networking events for biopharmaceutical executives and investors in the U.S., Europe and Asia. We provide value via a fully integrated platform across content, data and conferences — including original articles, podcasts, data tools, interactive websites, and a range of global in-person events. Across the drug development continuum, we help executives and entrepreneurs find leading edge innovations, navigate strategic questions and assess scientific, regulatory and commercial risk. Our mission, as it has for over 30 years, remains to advance the biopharma industry’s ability to create novel, life-saving medicines for patients.

About the Role

As Biopharma Analyst you will generate value-add intelligence on key issues for drug developers and their investors.

Working under the direction of the Executive Editor, and in a collaborative team environment, you will generate content, interview key thought leaders, and analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources on topics of strategic interest to BioCentury’s audience.

The content you generate will help guide drug developers and investors in making business-critical decisions. The output ranges from short-form articles and single-chart analyses to in-depth landscapes and slide decks, highlighting the key trends and development considerations for a given disease or other focus area, with a strong emphasis on innovation and horizon scanning. You will be encouraged to build expertise in specific topics, though you will cover many domains of content, spanning biological targets and pathways, discovery technologies, therapeutic modalities, clinical trial design and outcomes, regulatory trends, private and public financing, business development, and biopharma policy. You will also participate in BioCentury podcasts and conferences.

Your work will support BioCentury's goal to inform strategic decision-making in biomedical innovation through data-driven analysis, storytelling and contextual insight.
